智通财经APP讯，津上机床中国(01651)发布公告，于2026年3月6日，董事会根据薪酬委员会的推荐意见，议决根据股份奖励计划以零代价向56名承授人授出合共27.06万股奖励股份，该等股份为受托人透过动用本公司向受托人提供的内部资源从二级市场收购而持有的现有股份，惟有关授出须待承授人接纳后方可作实。
于2026年3月6日，董事会已议决修订计划规则的相关规则，以规定承授人有权在奖励股份归属前就该等奖励股份收取与本公司所宣派股息等值的金额。
