智通财经APP讯，嘉华国际(00173)发布公告，本集团预计截至2025年12月31日止年度取得本公司权益持有者应占亏损不超过 9亿港元，相较截至2024年12月31日止年度的本公司权益持有者应占溢利则为 3.35亿港元。亏损主要由以下净影响所致：未出售存货因市场状况而进行减值拨备、投资物业的公平值变动，以及因项目销售价格压力而出现负毛利率的合营企业的应占亏损。
发展物业项目的减值拨备为非现金性质，及不会影响本集团的经营现金流。本集团的净负债比率维持稳定并低于 20%。尽管预计此等亏损，本集团的整体财务状况仍然保持稳健及强劲资金流动性，本公司的投资策略预期并不会改变;本公司将继续以审慎投资策略为股东创造价值。
