美国国防部正就五种关键矿物的潜在储备征求信息，华府正在加大力度降低供应链风险并加强国内原料供应。

　　美国国防后勤局周三在官网发布公告，就锂、镍、锡、铬和碲征询信息，以了解有意向的供应商、产品规格、材料来源和市场状况等详情。国防后勤局负责管理国家国防储备，以确保美军所需金属供应。

　　当前金属采购已成为美国一项政治优先事项。此举旨在减少依赖。白宫近期宣布规模120亿美元、面向私营部门的储备计划“金库项目”。

　　国防后勤局表示，此次征询旨在为潜在采购做准备，涉及550吨碳酸锂、3，500吨镍、1，978吨伦敦金属交易所（LME）级别锡、37吨碲以及4，500短吨铬。此外，国防后勤局还就1，978吨受“锡疫”影响的锡锭再加工或重熔事宜征询信息。按照LME价格计算，上述锡的价值接近1亿美元。

　　国防后勤局表示，这些公告仅用于规划目的，提交回复的截止日期为3月19日，并补充称公司不应期待获得关于其提交材料的反馈。
