两会●广东代表团开放日

　　3月6日，十四届全国人大四次会议广东省代表团举行开放团组活动。在与媒体交流的环节，全国人大代表、小鹏汽车董事长兼CEO何小鹏表示，广东的人才招引政策，对企业发展提供了极大支持。

　　何小鹏说，去年响应广东省推出的“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划，公司一个部门就招聘到了40名“三清”的博士，即本硕博均就读于清华大学的毕业生。“一个企业要发展，最重要的就是人才在哪里，招到特别好的人才，又有这种人才愿意留下来的环境，是企业穿越周期做大做强的非常有利的因素。”他说。

　　对于小鹏汽车所在的广东，何小鹏认为有很好的创业和生活环境。广州四季温暖如春、有非常好的美食，粤菜所有人都喜欢，居住成本低，在北上广深里可能是居住条件最好的城市之一。

　　“看遍东南西北中，投资创业就要来广东。我也欢迎更多的创业者和毕业生来广东投资、来广东创业，跟我们一起怀抱梦想、脚踏实地，一起建设自己人生的新高地。”何小鹏说。

　　何小鹏提到的“百万英才汇南粤”是广东省推出的人才招引行动。据悉，2026年“百万英才汇南粤”行动计划3月将在广州举办春季大型综合招聘会，下半年在深圳举行秋季大型综合招聘会，预计吸引100万以上高校毕业生在粤就业创业。广州场的招聘会将于3月15-16日举行，预计有1800余家企事业单位提供超7万个优质岗位。
