智通财经APP讯，金浔资源(03636)发布公告，云南金浔资源股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)申请公开发行境外上市股份，已于2026年1月9日在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市，并于2026年3月5日完成工商变更登记手续，取得了昆明市市场监督管理局颁发的《营业执照》。
根据《公司法》《管理试行办法》及其指引、《上市公司章程指引》《上市规则》及其他法律法规的相关规定，公司境外首次公开发行股票(H股)，应当根据上述境内外有关法律法规的规定修改公司章程。该事项公司已于2025年4月30日第三届董事会第十七次会议及2025年5月16日2025年第三年次临时股东会审议通过。现公司于2026年3月5日完成了注册资本变更及《公司章程》的备案工作。
