智通财经APP讯，中信资源(01205)发布公告，于2026年3月4日(纽约时间)，本公司全资附属公司CRA透过于纽交所进行的一系列场内交易，按平均价每股美国铝业股份62.451美元(相当于约487.12港元)，出售由本集团持有的合共190万股美国铝业股份(相当于美国铝业已发行股份总数约0.72%)，总代价约为1.19亿美元(不包括交易成本)。
此外，本公司已向联交所申请于2026年3月6日上午九时正起恢复股份在联交所买卖。
