　　近日，和誉-B发布截至2025年12月31日止年度的年度业绩，该集团取得收入6.12亿元（人民币，下同），同比增长21.45%；母公司拥有人应占全面收益2369.8万元，同比减少53.46%；每股基本盈利0.09元。集团连续第二年实现盈利。截至2025年12月31日止年度，集团已取得收入人民币6.121亿元（为收取的默克授权收入），利润为人民币5520万元。
