公告中提到，本集团对一家游戏公司的投资项目进行了全面减值评估，因其核心产品表现未达预期，导致该公司收入快速下滑并最终停止运营。本集团因此产生约4500万元的损失，具体包括长期股权投资的减值损失和相关无法收回预付款项的减值。
展望未来，本集团计划在2026年推出两款新的自主研发游戏，并对其核心指标保持乐观，认为新产品的推出将改善收入和盈利能力。同时，本集团将继续增加研发投入，以提升自主游戏开发能力和用户体验，董事会对公司的前景充满信心。
