光大证券发布研报称，英伟达计划在新的芯片架构中引入LPU方案，标志着AI算力市场从“通用计算”向“专用推理”的范式转移。若英伟达LPU方案落地，将使PCB的需求面积显著增长且PCB板材加工难度进一步提升，预计将对PCB微钻及PCB加工设备带来较大增量需求。建议关注PCB核心制造环节的设备生产商。
广发证券指出，AI浪潮驱动PCB高端化迭代，钻孔环节受益需求增长+结构升级。此前国产商以提供低端机械钻孔机和CCD钻机为主，AI PCB的激光钻机市场基本被三菱垄断。随着三菱订单供不应求、排期延长，国产商在核心客户的激光钻机有望取得突破。由于超快钻机采取冷加工方式，有望成为M9材料激光钻孔的更优方案，当前以大族数控为代表的国产玩家正在积极突破。份额提升+价值量增长+新技术有望驱动弹性空间快速增长。
