3月6日，字节跳动官方微信公众号发文称，ByteIntern实习生招聘项目正式启动。据悉，本次招聘为字节跳动史上规模最大的转正实习生招聘计划，拟面向全球高校招聘超7000名实习生，以期进一步扩大校园人才储备，培养优秀人才。

本次招聘面向2027届毕业生（毕业时间为2026年9月至2027年8月），所有的ByteIntern岗位均提供转正机会，整体转正率超50%。

在岗位布局上，本次招聘重点倾斜研发、产品与AI领域。其中研发类岗位Offer数量超4800个，占比超六成；产品类岗位Offer超800个。随着AI技术的广泛落地，字节跳动加大AI相关人才招聘力度，算法、AI工程、AI产品等岗位需求尤为旺盛。

薪酬与成长保障方面，字节跳动自2026年1月1日起全面上调实习生薪酬标准，整体薪酬水平处于行业领先地位。其中，研发、产品类实习生日薪达500元，其他岗位日薪区间为100元至400元。

同时，该项目将为实习生配备专属带教导师，并定制个性化成长计划，助力实习生快速适应职场、提升其专业能力。公开信息显示，职业生涯早期加入字节跳动的员工，其发展速度相对更快。

字节跳动长期重视校园人才的招聘与培养，本次大幅扩大实习生招聘规模，也是该公司加大人才投入、完善青年人才培养生态的重要举措，为青年人才搭建高质量职业起步通道的同时，助力他们能紧握AI时代的发展机遇。（心月）
