智通财经APP获悉，部分乳业股走高，截至发稿，蒙牛乳业(02319)涨6.29%，报16.06港元；中国飞鹤(06186)涨3.76%，报3.86港元；澳亚集团(02425)涨3.11%，报2.32港元；H&H国际控股(01112)涨1.51%，报14.11港元。
消息面上，《政府工作报告》起草组负责人、国务院研究室主任沈丹阳表示，今年，中央财政安排近1000亿元育儿补贴补助资金，还将进一步优化申请和审核流程，推动实现随生随申随得。今年还将深入开展托育服务补助示范试点，发展普惠托育和托幼一体化服务，全国将新增普惠托位15万个。此外，今年《报告》还从生育假、生育保险、住房保障等多方面对呵护“一小”作出部署，就是希望让生娃养娃更安心、更舒心。
