--Japanese auto parts supplier Denso has made a takeover bid for Japanese electronics parts maker Rohm, Nikkei reported Friday, citing unnamed sources.
--The acquisition price could reach as much as 1.3 trillion yen, equivalent to $8.25 billion, the Nikkei report said.
