消息面上，3月5日，阿里官方辟谣，明确表示目前千问模型团队稳定，不存在集体离职情况，相关产品与服务运行均正常。阿里强调，千问将坚持开源策略，基础模型团队从未被设置DAU等商业化KPI，团队聚焦的目标一直是模型技术与通用人工智能研发。阿里同时表示，诚挚欢迎全球顶尖AI人才加入，共同打造世界级的大模型技术与开源生态。
小摩发布研报称，基于“Qwen即业务”的叙事将此视为执行风险溢价，并不会立即打破投资逻辑。核心原因是阿里巴巴越发将 Qwen定位成系统故事（开放权重业务+云商业化+消费者分销），而非单一发布或单一个人故事。
