智通财经APP讯，豆盟科技(01917)发布公告，现时预期本集团于截至2025年12月31日止年度(本年度)的收益较2024年同期减少约20.0%。另外，本年度归属于本公司权益持有人的净亏损将介乎约人民币2280万元到人民币2380万元，而2024年同期归属于本公司权益持有人的净亏损约为人民币710万元。
根据目前可得资料，有关收入减少和净亏损主要由于受宏观消费需求持续疲软，行业竞争加剧的影响，本集团线上营销业务收入下降，导致总体收益总额减少，同时流量成本攀升且刚性费用未随收入下降而降低，导致本集团净亏损增加;及本公司计提金融资产预期信贷损失，导致亏损额增加。
