金吾财讯 | 三胎概念股上扬，蒙牛乳业(02319)涨3.18%，贝康医疗-B(02170)涨2.21%，锦欣生殖(01951)涨1.66%，中国飞鹤(06186)涨1.08%，H&H国际控股(01112)涨0.72%。政府工作报告指出，去年经济社会发展主要目标任务顺利完成。其中，实施学前一年免费教育政策、惠及1400万儿童，全面实施育儿补贴制度、惠及3000多万婴幼儿。《政府工作报告》起草组负责人、国务院研究室主任沈丹阳表示，今年，中央财政安排近1000亿元育儿补贴补助资金，还将进一步优化申请和审核流程，推动实现随生随申随得。今年还将深入开展托育服务补助示范试点，发展普惠托育和托幼一体化服务，全国将新增普惠托位15万个。此外，今年《报告》还从生育假、生育保险、住房保障等多方面对呵护“一小”作出部署，就是希望让生娃养娃更安心、更舒心。
