智通财经APP获悉，香港地政总署公布，2月份录5个项目申请售楼纸，共涉约2143伙，较1月份的1339伙，环比增804伙，或升60%，为2024年9月录4037伙新申请后的高位。
另外，截至2月约有29个项目待批售楼纸，涉及9736伙，较1月的8195伙，环比增1541伙或19%，同时为2024年11月录12350伙待批后，约15个月新高。
2月份同时有两个项目获批售楼纸，涉602伙，打破1月零批出的情况，该两盘为新鸿基地产(00016)发展，分别为设有462伙的荃湾横窝仔街项目，以及启德天玺.海2B期，设有140伙，将于本月底落成，已接近现楼。
