数据指出，纽约商品交易所（Comex）注册的白银库存已降至9000万盎司以下，短短数月内下降超过30%。Willem还警告，主权债务危机才是目前被整个市场忽视的主要“黑天鹅”事件。随着高负债国家达到财政崩溃点，对法定货币的信任崩溃将迫使黄金和白银进行大规模重估，以稳定金融体系。
