　　携程集团发布2025全年业绩，净营业收入为人民币624亿元，同比上升17%；归母净利润332.94亿元，同比上升95.08%。

　　国投证券发布研报称，维持携程集团-S（09961）“买入”评级，4季度业绩略超预期，其中收入超该行/市场预期5%/4%，经调整净利润超该行/市场预期5%/8%。2025年国际业务对总收入的贡献占比提升至40%，管理层强调国际业务及AI投入。该行维持2026年收入预测不变，下调经调整净利润5%。给予16倍2026年市盈率估值（维持不变），略下调目标价至541港元（9961.HK）/69美元（TCOM.US）。
