智通财经APP讯，圣贝拉(02508)发布公告，有关建议更改公司名称的特别决议案经股东于2026年2月5日举行的股东特别大会上通过后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已发出更改名称注册证书，确认本公司的英文名称已于2026年2月5日由“SAINT BELLA Inc.”更改为“SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED”及本公司的中文双重外文名称已由“圣贝拉有限公司”更改为“圣贝拉集团有限公司”。香港公司注册处处长已于2026年2月27日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认本公司已更改其名称及现已根据公司条例(香港法例第622章 )第16部以“SAINT BELLA GROUP LIMITED 圣贝拉集团有限公司”的名称于香港注册。
本公司于联交所买卖股份的英文股份简称将由“SAINT BELLA”更改为“SAINT BELLA GP”，而中文股份简称将由“圣贝拉”更改为“圣贝拉集团”，自2026年3月10日上午九时正起生效。本公司于联交所买卖股份的股份代号将维持不变，仍为“2508”。
