3月4日，董家口海事局联合青岛西海岸新区海洋发展局开展海上巡航执法专项行动。此次行动聚焦通航环境整治、商渔共治防碰撞、作业安全精准监管三大重点，共同保障海上交通环境持续稳定。
本次巡航重点巡查了青岛南部海域航道、主要锚地、灵山水道等关键水域，对沿线导助航设施运行状态进行全面排查，确保通航保障“生命线”畅通。针对商渔船交通密集区、习惯航路等风险点位，执法人员通过甚高频（VHF）电话向过往船舶实时发布航行安全提示信息，提醒船舶在低能见度下严格遵守避碰规则；并对不按规定保持 VHF 值守、船舶自动识别系统（AIS）信号异常、未如实报告船舶进出港动态等违法违规行为进行检查核实；同时对涉海企业安全生产主体责任落实情况进行了核查，从源头上防范化解水上安全风险。
本次联合巡航，由“海巡 0571”搭载海事无人机，协同陆基海上交管中心，实现对辖区海域“陆海空”立体监管，共出动执法人员17人次，巡航里程达50海里，累计实施进出港交通组织5次，VHF点验商船及作业渔船29艘次，驱离碍航渔船7艘，保障了辖区海上通航秩序稳定。
