于2026年1月至2月，本集团取得累计合同销售(连合营企业及联营公司的合同销售)金额约人民币12.6亿元及合同销售面积约12.57万平方米，合同销售均价约人民币1.06万元╱平方米，及本公司股东权益应占合同销售金额约人民币5.6亿元。
