新浪科技讯 3月5日下午消息，2025年下半年，随着AI在风控体系中的部署，BOSS直聘安全团队对涉黄类违规招聘者的事前识别能力与拦截效率得到进一步提升。数据显示，2025年第四季度，平台月均冻结相关违规账号超1万个，其中超80%为策略命中冻结。
BOSS直聘相关负责人表示，涉黄类违规往往存在两种情况，一是招聘者个人的性骚扰或不正当诉求，二是诱导求职者从事陪酒应酬等活动。两类违规行为都是平台重点打击的对象。例如对于性骚扰的招聘者，自2022年起，BOSS直聘持续开展“灭蟑行动”，严厉处置并公示账号形成威慑。而对于引导求职者从事涉黄活动的团队，安全团队持续利用技术手段进行识别，并开展持续打击。
