智通财经APP获悉，2026年3月5日晚，黑芝麻智能(02533)发布2025年业绩预告，预期全年营收超人民币8亿元，同比增长超68.7%；净亏损预计不超过人民币14.8亿元，经营性亏损不超过人民币15亿元，同比收窄不少于14.4%。
据公告，黑芝麻智能营收高增长主要得益于高阶智驾量产提升、L2-L3级商用车及L4级无人物流批量出货，及机器人业务大幅增长；净亏损主因AI及算力投入、不低于3亿元股份支付薪酬开支，及金融工具公允价值收益减少。经营性亏损同比有所收窄，主要得益于机器人业务高速增长、高阶辅助驾驶及解决方案毛利提升，以及运营成本降低。
