ChainCatcher 消息，OKX Star 在 X 平台发文表示，洲际交易所（ICE）已对其进行投资并将加入公司董事会，双方计划在数字资产市场基础设施建设方面展开合作。
ICE 是全球重要金融基础设施运营商，旗下包括纽约证券交易所（NYSE）及多项全球衍生品与清算平台。此次合作体现了双方对数字资产技术在未来金融市场中长期作用的共识。公司还表示，将以此为契机进一步推进在美国市场的发展，并探索在符合监管与市场结构要求的前提下建设新一代金融基础设施。
双方未来可能在代币化证券及传统资产数字化方面开展探索，包括研究如何通过数字基础设施将证券更高效地连接全球投资者，同时兼顾传统交易所的治理与监管框架，数字资产技术与传统金融机构之间的合作，或将成为未来金融市场发展的重要方向。
