IT之家 3 月 5 日消息，据英国 BBC 今日报道，咨询公司麦肯锡表示，去年不少企业确实在考虑用 AI 替代员工。与此同时，企业越来越意识到，真正的挑战在于如何管理员工，让员工能够有效使用这些工具。
与此同时，一些 AI 专家认为情况并非完全悲观。专家指出，毕业生作为“AI 原生一代”，在未来就业市场可能反而具备优势。
根据麦肯锡的数据，Divine Jacob 想要进入的行业正经历明显的招聘收缩。该机构指出，受 AI 和大语言模型影响最大的行业，招聘岗位数量下降了 38%。降幅最明显的岗位正是被认为最容易受到生成式 AI 影响的职业。这些岗位包括软件开发人员和其他 IT 专业人员，以及数据、设计、媒体、研究、法律服务、人力资源、金融和商业领域的职位。
不过，一些迹象显示情况正在发生变化。IT之家从报道中获悉，麦肯锡高级顾问 Tera Allas 表示，AI 对就业的影响仍然是一幅不断变化的图景。“去年许多企业确实在考虑哪些岗位可以被 AI 替代，但现在情况似乎不同。受到 AI 影响最大的岗位反而正在增长。企业逐渐意识到，要在组织中有效使用 AI，关键在于如何管理那些需要使用这些新工具的人。”
