智通财经APP讯，智城发展控股(08268)发布公告，有关拟配售最多3333万股配售股份，基于市况，公司与配售代理一致同意即时终止配售协议。配售协议终止后，配售协议订约方的一切责任已告结束及终止，且任何一方均不得就配售协议所产生或与之有关的任何事宜或事项向另一方提起申索，但先前违反配售协议项下任何责任的任何行为除外。
此外，董事认为，终止配售协议及其项下拟进行的配售事项，对集团业务营运及财务状况并无重大不利影响。经计及集团未来发展及市况后，公司或会考虑进一步开展募资活动。
