3月5日，中国海外发展（00688）发布公告，2026年2月，公司及其附属公司、合营公司和联营公司（统称“中国海外系列公司”）的合约物业销售金额约为84.64亿元，较去年同期下跌35.9%；相应的销售面积约为36万平方米，按年下跌45%。
2026年1月至2月的累计合约物业销售金额为229.42亿元，销售面积约为88万平方米，分别按年下跌9.0%和29.7%。截至2月28日，已认购物业销售金额约为112.28亿元，预计将在未来几个月转化为合约物业销售。
此外，在新增土地方面，2026年2月公司新增土地包括香港及保定两幅地块，权益建筑面积约7.35万平方米，权益地价约16.98亿元。该期间内新增土地的权益建筑面积及地价与前期相同，表明公司在土地获取方面保持稳定。整体来看，公司的物业销售和土地获取情况均显示出一定的下滑趋势。
