智通财经APP讯，能源及能量环球(01142)公布，于2026年3月4日，公司与GEM Global Yield LLC SCS(投资者)及GEM Yield Bahamas Limited(GEMYB)订立融资建议条款书，据此投资者表示有意向公司提供最高为15亿港元的股权融资。投资条款书仅供讨论之用。投资者与GEMYB保留随时撤回提案的权利。除非及直至各方签署规范拟定融资的最终文件，否则任何一方均不受约束。
据悉，投资者为另类投资集团，管理一系列专注于全球新兴市场的多元化投资工具。该等工具为投资者提供涵盖全球私募投资领域的多元资产组合。
集团认为，意向融资将为集团提供额外资金，以支持其现有业务营运及未来发展。意向融资预期将分批提取，但尚未决定分批时间及金额。倘首批落实，则：约50%将拟用于偿还负债(包括但不限于应付股东及关联方款项以及计息借款);约25%将拟用于南韩贸易业务营运资金及南韩若干加油站项目潜在投资;及 余下约25%将拟用于集团一般营运资金及未来业务发展。
