罚单显示，贵州银行股份有限公司天柱支行的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：贷款管理不到位。
针对上述违法违规行为，国家金融监督管理总局黔东南监管分局对其罚款20万元；对时任贵州银行股份有限公司天柱支行客户经理王洪钦，禁止终身从事银行业工作；对时任贵州银行股份有限公司天柱支行行长彭莉，给予警告。
