3月5日，JPR最新发布的报告显示，由于显存短缺及供应链不确定性，2025年度总GPU出货量下降了3.3%，其中桌面端增长了1.1%，而笔记本市场则下降了5.2%。三大GPU厂商市场份额方面，Intel与NVIDIA分别下滑1.2%和1.4%，而AMD却增长2.6%，成为四季度唯一实现份额扩张的厂商。
JPR表示，PC和GPU市场将面临一些艰难的挑战，关税波动、内存供应短缺而价格上涨，以及中东战争的爆发，“NVIDIA是唯一预测下一季度将强劲增长的供应商，而这一预测是基于人工智能的。”至于2026年，JPR预计2026 年个人电脑市场可能会下降高达10%。当前困境根源在于DRAM资源向企业级市场倾斜，随着AI算力需求爆发，GDDR7、LPDDR5等通用存储资源被大量转移至超大规模数据中心建设，消费级GPU产能被迫压缩。
