　　威胜控股（03393）盘中涨超6%，截至发稿，股价上涨4.93%，现报26.84港元，成交额5354.84万港元。

　　小摩发布研报称，威胜控股是中国主要低压电气设备制造商，产品涵盖电能计量仪器、变压器、数字电网解决方案及AIDC（AI数据中心）产品。尽管身处周期性的计量业务，但凭海外扩张、新产品供应及良好的成本控制，公司于2020至2024年仍录得逾30%的盈利复合年增长率。

　　此外，公司利用与多家正在海外扩张的中国数据中心营运商的关系，大幅增加对AIDC电气设备的业务敞口。该行预测威胜的数据中心设备收入于2025至2028年预测期间将增长约三倍。连同其他低压电气设备业务的海外扩张，这可能转化为2026至2028年预测期间高十位数的盈利复合年增长率，对比预测未来一年市盈率约16倍。
