近日，MIRXES-B发布公告，本公司已与Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited（AHLL，为Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited（Apollo）的全资附属公司）订立谅解备忘录以寻求进行战略合作，从而于印度及邻近国家共同开发及商业化先进的癌症早期检测解决方案。待达成协定目标及获各自董事会批准后，预期将会于印度创立一家合营公司，根据本公司及Apollo将注入的知识产权、临床管线、研发、临床试验基础设施及商业渠道，其股权价值将不少于5000万美元。
