江西铜业股份(00358)公布，就公司全资子公司正式要约收购SolGoldp lc全部股份，英国法院 2026年3月2日(伦敦当地时间)作出的裁决已于 2026年 3月4日(伦敦当地时间)递交至英国公司注册处，该收购方案已于递交当日正式生效。
目标公司核心资产Cascabel项目的Alpala矿床目前已完成预可研，拥有探明、控制及推断资源量：铜1,220万吨、金3,050万盎司、银10,230万盎司，其中证实和概略储量：铜320万吨、金940万盎司、银2,800万盎司。本次交易完成后预计将显著提升公司资源储量规模与资源保障能力，助力公司海外战略，支撑公司资源全球布局，为公司实现高质量可持续发展、提升长期核心竞争力创造更广阔的空间。
