ChainCatcher 消息，据《金融时报》援引匿名消息人士报道，加密货币交易和借贷公司 BlockFills 已“向咨询公司 BRG 寻求重组建议”。据称，在停止提款后，BlockFills 任命 BRG 的 Mark Renzi 为“首席转型官”。BlockFills 的新管理层希望“完成重组，注入新资本并实施新的治理和财务控制”。
此前，该贷款机构上个月已暂时中止了客户的存款和取款业务。当时，BlockFills 将此举归咎于“近期市场和金融状况”，原因是数字资产市场大幅下跌。本周，一名联邦法官对 BlockFills 下达了临时限制令，该公司的一位客户于 2 月 Dominion Capital 指控该公司不当管理客户资金。
