智通财经APP讯，中国秦发(00866)公布，于2026年3月5日(交易时段前)，公司、卖方徐吉华先生及联席配售代理订立配售及认购协议，卖方已同意透过联席配售代理出售9000万股现有股份，配售价为每股股份3.51港元，较于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股股份3.9港元折让约10.0%;公司已有条件同意根据一般授权按相等于配售价的先旧后新认购价每股先旧后新认购股份3.51港元向卖方配发及发行9000万股新股。
先旧后新认购事项的所得款项总额预期约为3.159亿港元，净额约3.096亿港元。约46.0%用于集团印尼矿山的建设及开发;约23.0%将用于采矿设备;约21.0%将用于楼宇建设;及约10.0%将用于承包及其他杂项开支，以支持集团印尼矿山的开发。
据悉，卖方为公司控股股东之一，并全资拥有公司控股股东珍福。
