智通财经APP讯，中国水业集团(01129)发布公告，于2025年3月6日，本公司接获金额为200万港元的未偿还债务(即本公司于2018年6月15日发行的债券的未偿还本金额)的一名债权人王建东(第三名支持债权人，连同支持债权人及第二名支持债权人，统称为“该等支持债权人”)发出的有关拟在呈请聆讯中出庭的通知书，表示其有意出席于2026年3月25日举行的呈请聆讯，以支持针对本公司的清盘呈请。
于本公告日期，法院并无颁布清盘令以将本公司清盘。诚如该等公告所披露，本公司目前正与呈请人就清偿应付呈请人的未偿还款项进行友好磋商，并将积极与支持债权人寻求任何可能的清偿计划。本公司将尽力与呈请人及该等支持债权人保持主动、良好的沟通，并在对其他债权人公平的塬则下，与呈请人及该等支持债权人友善协商，妥善处理问题(包括将努力促使呈请尽快被撤回)。
