智通财经APP讯，希教国际控股(01765)发布公告，谭澧先生因工作调整，已提呈辞任本公司联席公司秘书一职，自2026年3月6日起生效。
陈燕华女士已提呈辞任(i)联席公司秘书;(ii)香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的本公司授权代表;及(iii)根据上市规则第19.05(2)条及公司条例(香港法例第622章)的规定代表本公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知书的本公司授权代表，自2026年3月6日起生效。
在谭先生及陈女士辞任后，刘晓阳女士及王嘉慈女士已获委任为联席公司秘书，自2026年3月6日起生效。王女士亦已获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2026年3月6日起生效。
