智通财经APP讯，景联集团(01751)发布公告，公司建议按于记录日期每持有3股股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以每股供股股份1.58港元的认购价进行供股，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股1.58港元并无折让或溢价，透过向合资格股东发行9676.8万股供股股份，筹集所得款项总额最多约1.529亿港元。供股仅向合资格股东提呈，且将不会向不合资格股东(如有)提呈。
供股所得款项净额估计约为1.481亿港元。公司拟按下文所述动用所得款项净额：所得款项净额约60%，将用于履行履约保证金规定;及所得款项净额约40%，将分配予前期项目成本，包括但不限于采购建筑材料。
