智通财经APP讯，中泽丰(01282)发布公告，于2026年3月6日，卖方Ace Grand Limited(本公司的间接全资附属公司)与买方TechTone Limited订立该等协议，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买该等物业(香港坚尼地道4号君珀15楼B室(该单位);及香港坚尼地道4号君珀第4层地库的停车位P1(停车位))，总代价为5280万港元。
经计及本集团的当前财务状况及未来流动资金需求以及香港房地产市场前景，董事认为，出售事项为本公司按合理价格变现该等物业的价值的良机，且出售事项的所得款项将改善本集团的财务状况并增加一般营运资金。
