　　维立志博-B（09887）发布公告，自2026年3月9日起，公司股份将获恒生指数有限公司纳入恒生综合指数成份股及获调入港股通标的名单。

　　股份获纳入恒生综合指数及港股通标的证券是资本市场对公司表现及价值的高度认可，并允许中国内地合资格投资者透过沪港通及深港通机制直接投资于香港联合交易所有限公司上市的股份。预期纳入将进一步扩大公司的投资者基础，提升股份的交易流动性，并进一步优化股东结构。
