高山企业（00616）发布公告，于2026年2月9日举行的股东特别大会上，股东通过特别决议案以批准进一步更改公司名称后，百慕达公司注册处处长发出更改名称的证书及第二名称的证书，证明公司英文名称已由“Smart Chain Company Limited”更改为“Asset Chain Limited”，并已将中文名称“财富链有限公司”注册为公司第二名称，而新名称已列入百慕达公司注册处处长所存置的登记册，自2026年2月9日起生效。
紧随更改公司名称生效后，公司于联交所买卖股份的英文股票简称将由“EMINENCE ENT”更改为“ASSET CHAIN”及中文股票简称将由“高山企业”更改为“财富链”，自2026年3月11日上午九时正起生效。公司于联交所的股份代号将维持不变，仍为“00616”。
