澜起科技（06809）发布公告，有关全球发售的稳定价格期已于2026年3月6日结束。摩根士丹利亚洲有限公司（作为稳定价格经办人）或代其行事的任何人士于稳定价格期内采取的稳定价格行动如下：（1）国际发售中超额分配合共988.35万股H股，相当于全球发售项下初次可供认购的发售股份总数的约15.0%（于超额配股权获行使前）； （2）整体协调人（代表国际承销商）于2026年2月10日就合共988.35万股H股（相当于全球发售项下初始可供认购的发售股份总数的约15.0%（于超额配股权获行使前））按每股H股106.89港元的价格悉数行使超额配股权，以促进向已同意延迟交付彼等根据全球发售认购的相关H股的承配人交付部分H股。于稳定价格期间，稳定价格经办人并无为稳定价格而在市场上买卖任何H股。
