智通财经APP讯，味千(中国)(00538)发布公告，与2024年度公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币2020万元相比，预期集团截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得公司拥有人应占溢利介于约人民币1500万元至4000万元。
董事会认为，集团将由亏转盈，主要受惠于以下几项正面因素：i)门店数量较去年同期增加，带动整体收入稳健增长;ii)集团持续优化营运流程，并调整办公室人力架构，有效提升运营效率及控制成本开支;iii)投资物业公平值重估亏损较去年同期收窄。以上因素共同推动集团溢利较去年同期改善，由亏转盈。
