智通财经APP讯，嘀嗒出行(02559)发布公告，集团预期取得：(i)截至2025年12月31日止年度收入约人民币4.773亿元至5.276亿元，同比下降33%至39%;(ii)2025年度公司权益股东应占利润约人民币1.233亿元至1.363亿元，同比下降86%至88%;(iii)2025年度经调整利润净额约人民币1.31亿元至1.448亿元，同比下降32%至38%。
董事会认为，预期减少主要是由于宏观经济状况不佳以及交通出行行业的激烈竞争导致的价格压力，进而减少了拼车活动及公司完成的订单。此外，2024年公司权益股东应占利润反映了优先股公允价值的重大变动，而公司于2025年不再持有优先股。
