智通财经APP讯，傲基股份(02519)发布公告，截至2025年12月31日止年度(报告期间)集团归属于母公司的净利润预期人民币1.50亿元至人民币2.00亿元之间，较2024年同期预期下滑约60.3%-70.2%，主要原因为：
1、商品销售业务方面，报告期间涉及的关税政策调整导致整体成本大幅增加; 2、商品销售业务方面，集团战略孵化项目尚处前期阶段，投入成本较高，对整体利润产生了稀释作用; 3、物流解决方案业务方面，由于新增租赁仓库，新增使用权资产的摊销使得营业成本大幅增加，相关收入的增长尚未完全显现，使得净利润有所下降; 4、物流解决方案业务方面，集团2025年开始拓展自配送业务，运行初期由于单量不足且订单密度低，配送运营成本以及中转分拣成本高导致整体亏损较大。
