智通财经APP讯，中伟新材(02579)发布公告，于2026年3月6日，董事会决议提名邓伟明先生、陶吴先生、廖恒星先生、刘兴国先生及邓竞先生为第三届董事会执行董事候选人，并提名曹丰先生、洪源先生、蒋良兴先生及黄斯颖女士为第三届董事会独立非执行董事候选人。上述董事候选人均为现任董事。待上述董事候选人在即将召开的临时股东会上获选为董事后，彼等将与即将召开的职工代表会选举产生的职工代表董事共同组成本公司第三届董事会，彼等任期为三年，自本公司临时股东会批准之日起生效。
