智通财经APP讯，丽珠医药(01513)发布公告，本公司于2025年5月22日召开了第十一届董事会第二十五次会议，于2025年12月30日召开了第十一届董事会第三十一次会议(统称“相关董事会”)，审议通过了《关于拟收购越南IMP公司股权的议案》及《关于拟公开要约收购越南IMP公司股权的议案》，同意LIANSGPHOLDINGPTE.LTD.(LIANSGP)根据越南相关规定，向越南国家证券委员会(StateSecurities Commission)申请公开要约收购IMP股份，并向IMP全体股东公开发出收购要约。
本公司董事会欣然宣布，本公司境外全资子公司LIANSGP已根据本公司相关董事会决议，就本次拟公开要约收购IMP股份事宜向越南国家证券委员会提交相关申请，且已正式收到越南国家证券委员会出具的同意本次交易的批复文件。本公司将积极推进本次交易的相关事宜。
