于2026年3月6日(星期五)下午四时正(即综合文件所载接纳要约的最后时间及日期)，要约人已就要约项下合共80.4万股要约股份(占本公司于本联合公告日期的全部已发行股本约0.05%)接获六份有效接纳。
紧随要约截止后并计及于2026年3月6日(星期五)下午四时正就要约项下 80.4万股要约股份作出的六份有效接纳，以及待过户登记处妥为登记已接获有效接纳涉及的要约股份转让后，要约人、邹先生及其任何一致行动人士于合共12.01亿股股份中拥有权益，占本公司于本联合公告日期的全部已发行股本约75.05%。
