智通财经APP讯，卓越商企服务(06989)发布公告，预期2025财年的本集团权益股东应占溢利较截至2024年12月31日止年度同比下降约60%至70%。
本集团权益股东应占溢利减少主要由于(i)因本集团主动清理长账龄的关连方贸易应收款，导致关连方贸易应收款项的减值损失增加;(ii)根据北京环球财富(一间本集团非全资附属公司)相关案件的法院终审判决，本集团已就该判决所确认的财务担保义务，按照香港财务报告准则计提足额拨备。
于本年度，本集团现金流状况相较于去年同期有所改善，流动性储备相对充裕。根据管理账目，初步估计本集团截至2025年12月31日止十二个月未经审核之经营活动所得现金净额由负转正;预期截至2025年12月31日，本集团未经审核之现金结余(即现金及现金等价物、定期存款、受限制银行存款)及理财产品及其他投资产品的总额不低于人民币13亿元(于2024年12月31日：约人民币10.84亿元)。
