智通财经APP讯，上美股份(02145)发布公告，集团预计(i)截至2025年12月31日止年度的收入介乎约人民币91亿元至人民币92亿元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度的收入人民币67.93亿元增加约34.0%至35.4%;及(ii)截至2025年12月31日止年度的本集团利润介乎约人民币11.4亿元至人民币11.6亿元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度的本集团利润人民币8.03亿元增加约41.9%至44.4%。根据目前可得资料，收入及利润增加主要由于本集团多品牌、多品类的成功布局，科学抗衰护肤品牌韩束收入持续增长，以及中国婴童功效护肤品牌newpage一页的收入同比大幅增长。
